If you are desperately looking for a replacement to all the kombucha that has been pulled off the grocery store shelves lately, this is not the solution. Rarely do I buy something and just throw it away, but this stuff was undrinkable. I wish I had researched it a little more. If you need kombucha, make your own or order real kombucha.

Too much sugar, added seltzer instead of fermenting long enough, too costly, a waste of money for anyone needing kombucha for health reasons

Pretty good overall- a little more sweet and less fizzy than I'd hoped, but good price and doesn't have to be cold until opened. Synergy Kombucha is still my favorite, but this is not far behind.
